Ingredients
- 2 ripe tomatoes, cored and seeded and cut into 1/4-inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons vinaigrette
Directions
Combine the tomatoes with vinaigrette and spoon salsa over and around portobello mushroom sandwiches.
