It was delicious- I made a few adaptations as I was cooking, though. 1. I only had 8 fl oz of clam juice, so I added another cup of wine for more liquid. 2. I let the wine reduce before adding the clams. 3. I took the casings off the chorizo (it doesn't specify- just a personal preference.

My wife is Portuguese and I tried to make this for her hoping that it would come close to what we've had at authentic Portuguese retaurants. It did not disappoint. She has me make it once every few months.
