    I've actually made this sauce and placed it in the freezer and then use it on other pizzas. The base sauce is delicious.

    Penny Davidi should not even be posting her recipes on this network. She showed horrible, immature character on the Next Food Network Star.

    That leaves a sour taste in my mouth.

    Absolutely delicious!

    I didn't have the sumac so googled for a substitute and lemon zest and salt worked fine! Not sure how it would have been different with the sumac, which I've never tasted before that I'm aware of.

    Also substituted ripe Heirloom tomatoes from our garden.

    Amazing amazing amazing! My in-laws are Middle Eastern and they all went crazy when I made this pizza. I used goat cheese since I didn't have buffalo mozzarella and it still turned out great.
