Made this tonight with some leftover brats we had. Didn't disappoint! I used a black and tan beer with sweet onions. Will make this one again!

Made a couple of these for my husband to munch on during the Super Bowl. He declared them "killer"...the best he had ever had. The presentation was very nice (I used red and yellow peppers. I added about 1/4 cup of the liquid from the pan in which the brats were cooking to the peppers and onions as they were cooking (1/8 of a cup at a time. This is the first time I have cooked brats. Super easy! Definitely a keeper!
