I have not really smoked ribs on my own before and this recipe worked out great and everyone was very happy with the results.

This was the first time I have ever tried to make ribs. Now the bar has been set so high, I'm not sure I'll be able to top it! The flavor can only be described as Awesome! All of my friends loved the recipe. I use the "magic dust" on all my steaks now. Thanks for the great recipe!

I made these ribs for a local contest and they blew away the competition. If you like saucy ribs, then these are for you!! My second time making them was with pork ribs and they were just as good. I know the recipe takes a while, but it is completely worth it in the end.

We fixed this for our 4th of July fest - best we've ever had. Didn't use the apple chips but with that fantastic sauce the balance of sweet and spicy was terrific.

I made these for a bbq this weekend and they were the hit of the party - simply the best ribs ever. We let them sit in the rub overnight and then slow cooked them for 4 hours. They were moist and full of flavor - the rub is the perfect mix of spicy, sweet and deliciousness.

I amd ethis recipe for dinner tonight. I went the easy route and used a bottled BBQ sauce (Bullseye brand, but followed everything else to the "T". The ribs were fantastic! The magic dust is incredible.

Bobby, this recipe is fantastic! However, I want to suggest one little variance. Apple wood is great, but so are grapevine clippings for flavor. Michael Knight, Fairway, KS
