    Didn't have the shiitake mushrooms, but somehow my bok choy came out way too limp and even a bit of a bland sour flavor (and I didn't cook the full 20-30 minutes even. Not sure where it went wrong, because initially it did have pretty good flavor..

    We love both Shiitakes and bok choy but found this quite flavorless. You couldn't taste the vegtables much, only the strong flavor of soy sauce. The soy overwhelmed everything else. It was very one dimensional.
