  • 5 cloves garlic
  • 1 teaspoon toasted, ground coriander
  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon sambal
  • 1 cup sweet soy sauce, kechap manis
  • 1 rack baby lamb (small chops like New Zealand), frenched and cut into individual chops

My husband and I have eaten at Ming Tsai's restaurant and attended 2 fundraisers where he was a guest chef. We have always enjoyed the flavors and textjres of his dishes. As personal as this sounds, TRY THIS RECIPE! Easy and most time is spent in the grocery store and then preparing the food items. The actual cooking time is short. We have made this recipe 12+ times over the past year (2009 in various settings and temps. Outstanding!
