This was a very easy, fast and delicious dish. I actually added a little sesame oil, fresh shitake mushrooms, and a pinch of salt and pepper. When just about done i added a good dash of lite soy sauce. Yummy!!! My family loved it!

I had all the ingredients on hand. I didn't bother with the "hair" on the sprouts. I added about a teaspoon of garlic chili sauce, finished the sprouts with some finely chopped cilantro, and served it with jasmine rice, pan seared tilapia and a freshly cooked mango chutney. WOW! Thanks so much Chef Tsai!

This is a quick and tasty vegetarian dish that's easy on the budget, too.
