A huge hit everytime! The ginger gives the fruit a wonderful flavor!! No one can guess it but when told...."Ah yes!" Once I got over my fear of buying ginger I was fine. "Just break off a hunk!" said my produce guy. A piece for 1 T. is only about 12 cents. Takes some time to cut all up but I think it's worth it. Really great tasting!

Great mixture of fruit that I never would have thought to put together. The raspberries were a nice touch. Everyone loved it! Next time I make it though, I'm going to leave out the ginger. It was a little too overpowering.
