    This was outstanding. Used sliced NY Strip, substituted 1 cup of beef broth for the wind and added brocolli and mushrooms. Also added 2 Tbsp of brown sugar to the beef broth. Spicy, sweet, garlic and ginger flovors popped. Will make over and over..

    This recipe was pretty easy to make and delicious. I marinated the meat for a couple of hours and it absorbed most of the marinade, so I added a little extra soy sauce. The dish came out a little spicy. I also found that it was a lot of food to put in the pan at once so I stir-fried the peppers and beef in 2 batches.

    i made sure to slice the beef very very think, which makes it absorb the marinade more, excellent! i added more veggies because i love them, and it was an excellent alternative to my usual stirfry.

    This is a pretty easy recipe although I didn't make the pitas. I added a lot more veggies too. Pretty good!

    This is a very nice recipe. I marinated the beef overnight and it turned out nice and tender. Also, didn't have the time to make the Shao Bing and served it with rice instead. Really Excellent!

    My wife and I decided to cook my favorite oriental recipe and this turned out wonderful. I only eat it at a 3 dollar place down the street and after having this I didn't like the 3 dollar place's version as well. This seemed like a good quality meal.
