My boyfriend did the leg work by spending the time during the first two prep stages, and then I finished with the cooking. The pork chops were SO tender and moist. I used an indoor grill because we live in an apartment. The flavors melded really well together and the citrus glaze threw it over the top! The final product was well worth the wait.

This is my favorite dish for entertaining. Guests who see the size of the chop say they could never finish it but end up licking the plate. I do cheat by using fresh chorizo purchased at the butcher's and I haven't found the kaffir lime leaves so I add a little lime zest. I wish Food network would bring back Ming.
