Very similar to the various Miso Soups I have had during my trips to Taiwan and China. I made a few small adjustments for my personal taste, but other than that I would suggest this recipe to anyone trying to make this dish - especially if they have tried before and were disapointed with their personal outcome. Nice recipe!
