You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 4 cups skim milk
  • 2 bananas, peeled
  • 2 scoops Spiru-tein Vanilla (Soy Protein Powder with Spirulina) or any equivalent powder
  • 5 small pieces of ice

Directions

In a blender, add milk and bananas and top with powder and ice. On low speed, blend mix until very smooth. Serve in tall glasses.

    with a hand blender and some aging banana's you it's a morning shake that keeps you full! Soy milk or regular milk work! As a bonus - add some peanut/almond butter!
