I make this soup for myself and my husband often. It's healthy and packed with flavor. Yum!

Great flavors, but the fish sauce is kind of smelly :

A friend passed this recipe along to me and I was so impressed I had to come and write a review. Both of our families absolutely loved this! The flavor was amazing and complex. I will say that next time I will use only 2 chiles...it was very hot. My husband can handle hotter things better than I can and he even thought it was a bit too spicy with the 4 chiles. We will definitely make this again!!

This is a fabulous soup! I used less fish sauce, and next time I would like to increase the amount of vegetables by adding cabbage, carrots or bok choy.
