Ming cooks ad-lib style, like Ready-Set-Cook. You will need the following:

  • Hoisin sauce
  • Sambal
  • Fish sauce (3 Crab brand)
  • Nori
  • Miso
  • Wasabi
  • Sake
  • Thai bird chiles
  • Coconut milk
  • Chicken stock, low sodium
  • Rices: sushi, jasmin, long grain, risotto
  • Noodles: chow mein, rice stick
  • FRESH/FROZEN PANTRY
  • Scallions
  • Cilantro
  • Serrano chiles (or jalepenos)
  • Limes
  • Onions
  • Lemon grass
  • Kaffir lime leaves
  • Wonton skins
  • Lumpia wrappers
