- Thin soy sauce
- Rice wine vinegar
- Sesame oil
- Oyster sauce
- Hoisin sauce
- Sambal
- Fish sauce (3 Crab brand)
- Nori
- Miso
- Wasabi
- Sake
- Thai bird chiles
- Coconut milk
- Chicken stock, low sodium
- Rices: sushi, jasmine, long grain, risotto
- Noodles: chow mein, rice stick, mung bean
- FRESH/FROZEN PANTRY
- Scallions
- Cilantro
- Serrano chiles (or jalepenos)
- Limes
- Onions
- Lemongrass
- Kaffir lime leaves
- Wonton skins
- Lumpia wrappers
- Veggies: zucchini, spinach, peppers, iceberg lettuce
- Ground chicken or meat, chicken thighs
- Rock shrimp, bay scallops or some fish fillet
