I made this dish at a family get together and everybody raved about it! The different peppers, garlic and ginger complement each other and really brings out the flavor of the shrimp.

We have made this recipe three times and
each time it gets better. We love the taste of the ginger and garlic combined. We also add a little bit of hot sesame oil to the wok also.

Very quick and easy to do. When garnished and arranged creatively on a plate over rice, it looks very professional.
