I love Clam strips! But try and find a good clam strip anywhere. I tryed this recipe and was in heaven! They came out crunchy and tender. My husband even loved them. If you have any Razor Clams, you must try this recipe. You won't be sorry.

My husband and 2 sons all loved this. I thought it was great, too. I wanted a less tart slaw, so I sweetened it. I might try Rose's Lime next time (especially if I don't have a fresh one! The razor clam strips were the best I've ever had -- And I lived on an island by a clam farm!!
