    They're serious when they tell you to make sure that the rice is all broken up before adding it to the pot- otherwise things burn as you try to break up all the pieces. Makes a huge amount of rice, good for leftovers!

    this is a great recipe to use up the leftover rice. simple and tasty. And I highly recommend buying the chinese sausage instead of regular bacon.
