I made these after dinner last night and they came together quickly and were eaten up as fast as I made them. This is a great recipe to have on hand when you want a sweet treat that is a little different. I did not have whole milk and used half and half and they turned out just fine.

I whipped up these quick beignets for breakfast this morning, and I wish I had doubled the batch. Unlike my husband and daughter, I am not a big banana fan. But these little doughnuts had just the right amount of banana flavor (I omitted the banana extract. They were petite pillows of love! This recipe will definitely be in heavy rotation in my kitchen!!!

I made these mostly for my grandchildren as an after dinner snack, but everyone loved them! The recipe is easy, quick and delicious!! The hint of banana flavor is so good. I am making more of these tonight to share at work in the am.

I made these for my husband this morning and he really loved the favor of the banana. I did not have banana extract so I substituted vanilla extract; which worked out just fine! I will definitely be making these in the future!
