These burgers were delicious! They had such great flavor and were easy to make. I prepped all of the flavorings in the food processor, but worked them into the beef by hand. Everyone loved them!

I really enjoyed these burgers. I had to substitute ketchup for the tomatoe paste since I couldn't find any in the house and havarti cheese for the tallegio because I couldn't find it at the grocery store. But it still turned out very flavorful. I also worked the mixture by hand rather than in the food processor because I was afraid of overworking the mixture. No regrets there. I'll continue to do it by hand. The bay leaf on top really was a nice touch.

Amazing! Followed the recipe exactly and the burgers were so yummy. I will definitely be making these again. Really easy and a total crowd pleaser. The tallegio cheese was pretty stinky and hard to slice, but once it melts on the burgers the flavor really mellows out and is so good. Delicious!

I made these the other night after seeing the episode on them. I made some alterations though: I used ground turkey instead of ground chuck because I didn't have it on hand. I also used fontina cheese because my store didn't have the one Giada recommended. The burgers turned out great, my boyfriend couldn't stop eating them! Personally, I thought they were okay. Next time I will use ground chuck. OH also, my food processor was broken so I mixed everything by hand.

Had these tonight, and they were a huge hit. We all loved them, including my 6 year old and 18 month old! I decided to only use the food processor for the parsley and garlic - after that, I combined everything else and mixed it all by hand. This burger recipe is definitely a keeper in our family. Thanks, Giada!

I thought the burgers were good, but not worth 5 stars. My problem was with the consistency of the meat from the processor and I did not think the flavors were as pronouced as other reviewers raved about. I like Giada and her Ribolita recipe remains one of my favorites. I don't expect to LOVE every single recipe one of my favorite chef makes... however, this is one of them.

Made these for the first time tonight and everyone loved them, had to substitute fontini cheese as I couldn't the other. My 10 year grandson said we need to cook these everynight. Will definitely be serving these again in our household.
