    We made these for a cookout last night and they were a hit! Super easy, stick to the recipe and definitely try to find the Taleggio cheese - it was wonderful. We served it with a quinoa salad and grilled vegetables. Amazing meal, and so easy.

    I made these for my parents while visiting and my dad absolutely LOVES them! He will not stop raving about them and has already asked my mom to make them again for him. I used Havarti cheese which turned out great. Simple and delicious sliders!

    ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! My husband is crazy about this recipe (he's a meat guy ; and anytime we're in the mood for a burger at home, I make these! They are so quick and so simple! Pepper-jack cheese is our favorite so I put that on the burgers instead of the cheese Giada recommends. An INSTANT hit! You won't go wrong with these!!! THANK YOU GIADA!

    Oh My Gosh are these burgers delicious. A winner of a recipe, I have made them two times (both mini sized and regular-sized. The garlic and tomato flavor (from the tomato paste really comes through. I like to serve them with Fontina cheese in place of Taleggio.

    These were the best homemade burgers I've ever made. Unfortunetly I didn't have the cheeses Giada recommended, so instead I used what I had. The outcome was still delicious! Next time I will be sure to buy the correct bread and cheese. Yummy, so JUICY.

    Everyone loved them- and it had to please 8 people- mostly picky eaters that are more into hot dogs and apple sauce if you get my drift. Gotta love that!

    firt time trying this recipe and first time eating Taleggio. Simple delicious! the crunch of the ciabbatta and smooth, creaminess of the cheese are a perfect combination. Try it!
