    The garlic rubbed on the rolls overpowered the whole thing, but I liked it. I couldn't really taste the addition of the italian sausage. The onion/tomato topping was good, but next time I would only use one half an onion which can't really get cooked through if only cut in half. I used jar roasted red pepper which was good. I may try it again just to avoid the usual plain burger.
