GREAT TASTE !!! A keeper. The confusion comes into play in the Directions. There is. NO blue cheese in the sandwich spread. As others have said , the blue Cheese is in the companion recipe for potato salad. BUT as.One other viewer said Use you head. IF you want blue cheese use some ( about 4 to 5 oz of crumbles OR to your own specific taste. Personally I hate blue cheese so I would omit it or sub it out anyway...so that is just a mood point. As for this recipe I loved it. I made it twice. The second time I served this as a main dish , and skipped the sauce altogether.
I covered the roast, put it into the fridge for a few hours to really " marinate" it .. Then cooked as directed. The flavor really gets into the meat. Plus provides a great make ahead for busy days. I served it with garlic mashed potatoes and a veggie. IF I had any leftovers I would have warmed them and THEN made the sandwich again. BUT my family devoured the roast in no time.

The best pork tenderloin I have ever made! This was my first time using string to tie the loin and it worked out so well. The marinade was delicious and my hubby loved this one!

I too would like to know how much blue cheese to put in the spread and I watched this episode. I guess I missed the blue cheese in there

I started watching the show late, and they had already made the bleu cheese spread. The recipe doesn't have the cheese listed in it. Can anyone tell me how much they used? Thanks. I can't rate the recipe accurately until I try it....and I can't try it until they include all the ingredients!! :(

My family absolutely loved Donna's pork tenderloin sandwiches, and that is saying a lot because I have some picky eaters. The sandwiches were delicious. I also enjoyed watching Donna and Paula work together. You can see how their personalities compliment each other. Donna has great stage presence and she is very gracious. I hope she will be back on the show. Paula is perfect as usual..

I tried this recipe for my family and my 15 year old daughter loved it as well as the rest of the family. I made a double recipe and took for my work's Halloween party and they were a huge success. I had to make double the blue cheese spread.
I tried the spread on chicken sandwiches and it is good on them also. This is a keeper.

Karin, below reviewer is correct. There is NO blue cheese in the recipe for the dressing for the pork. The blue cheese is in the recipe for the potato salad she made in the same episode. This pork dish was very good and very easy to prepare. Wouldn't change a thing.

I watched this episode, and I am almost certain there was no blue cheese in this spread. I think the recipe is correct, but the title is not. The blue cheese was in the accompanying potato salad.
(and I'm giving it an "excellent" rating because I make my pork tenderloin the same way, and it is fabulous
