- 1 handful (or 12 stems) fresh mint, washed and cleaned (you may substitute 2 tablespoons dry mint)
- 1 tablespoon green tea
- 8 cups boiling water
- 5 tablespoons sugar (use more or less, according to taste)
Stir well. Fill up the first glass and return it to the pot, then serve.
