Fantastic. I like this better than regular mashed potatoes. It is so light. Could be the basis of so many different directions in seasoning.

OMG Awesome!! You can still taste the cauliflower, but I love cauliflower so I think its delicious. The potato gives it a smoother texture. I like to almost puree mine rather than mash and add extra garlic : Its delicious and way better for you than mashed potatoes.

Awesome! My husband didn't even know they were not "just" potatoes. My daughter doesn't like potatoes and LOVED these!

This tasted like cauliflower with a hint of potato. Oh wait...that's what it is. Not bad, but definitely doesn't taste like mashed potatoes.

When I saw this and read the recipe I was skeptical. However, after preparing it I was shocked at how much it tasted like mashed potatoes. Who knew? Thanks Hungry Girl for cutting the calories but keeping all the flavor of mashed potatoes.

My bother~in~law prepares this recipe just with cauliflower and has "faked out" died in the wool mashed potato die hards. So, maybe try that as well!?
