Absolutely delicious! Guests raved about this salad and ate every last bite. I was skeptical about peaches, bacon and avocados, but it turns out that they are a perfect match. Definitely try this super simple, super tasty salad.

Wow, this was a great refreshing salad. I served it as a first course, at a little 4th of July party I celebrated with some expats friends. Everyone loved it! The combinations of flavors were fabulous. The only change I made was to use Sherry vinegar finstead of Champagne vinegar, which I am unable to find in grocery stores in Holland. Other than that, the recipe was made as stated. I will definitely be making this salad again! It is a perfect summer salad. Thanks Mr. Lagasse for another fantastic recipe......you never fail to please!

This salad dressing is the best! I use dried cranberries instead of peaches, when they're not in season and a creamy goat cheese instead of Feta, although Feta is also very good. I also add the sweet & spicey roasted pecans from Trader Joe's. Yummy!!

This salad is amazing!! The flavors go together so well, however, I had to substitute mango for the peaches, which turned out fabulous and I added chopped walnuts. Really great!!

What a great salad-it is colorful and tasful and easy to make-the peaches are an excellent addition and go nicely with the dressing and avocados..I did use romaine as I like a nice crisp salad. Perfect for company!

This recipe is fantastic and my husband loved it! Do not change a thing if you make it, the flavors all work together and are divine! We just had it as our dinner with some crackers on the side and it was the perfect summer meal.
