Wonderful! I kept the recipe as is. I noticed that the "small bowl" needed for the dry mustard mix is an overstatement. It requires a TINY bowl. A bowl the size of a small round tub of cream cheese is big. I also found that the bread crumbs and onions seemed too large of an amount compared to the amount of beef, but it tasted fine. Next time, I will be making two batches. The recipe indicates it makes 4 servings, which is a true serving. If you are used to eating more than a normal size serving then this will only feed about 2 people.

I loved this meatloaf, it was easy and quick to make. I don't like and didn't have horseradish so I omitted it. I added 2 cloves of garlic with the onion in my food chopper. As for the ketchup I used the glaze from Aunt Peggy's Meatloaf by Paula Dean for the top. Tasted even better the next day. The texture was perfect.

I double the dry mustard and worchestshire sauce. I also add 1 tablespoon to the ketchup for the top of the meatloaf. Turns out great everytime. My husband loves it!

Nice recipe. I put some of the ketchup into to meatloaf and the rest on top before putting it into the oven. Otherwise, I liked the texture, ease of prep and how it tasted.
