    Made this last night. Added onion and baby bellas-- didn't have noodles so made with white basmati rice. Boyfriend and I both loved it!

    Great meal!! My honey keeps asking me to make it again. I'm buying my own wok just so I can make it..And it is pretty easy too!

    I agree with with jaimn, the Mongolian beef is one of the best I have had! I wish they would have given the recipe the walnut shrimp! That is such a good dish as well. I now live in Oregon, but at least I still have some family there, so I know I will occasionally be able to visit the Pagoda!

    This Mongolian Beef is the best that I've ever had!! I am so happy to see the recipe here. I've tried other places since then, and there's just nothing like Benny's. I saved the show on my DVR so that I can watch it while I try to recreate the dish.

    I constantly wish that I was still in Alaska to get a plate (minus the snow!!. I also love the ambiance of the Pagoda - you walk in, and they greet you like life-long friends.
