This is wonderful tasting and a great way to use leftover basil, parsley, etc. I put in 4 chopped onions and it was way too much. Next time I used 1 green onion and it was great. Watch the dressing.....it makes too much for this amount of salad.

We served this with grilled halibut last night. It was wonderful, especially with the grilled fish.

This salad has great flavors. I usually just make a boring tomato and mozzarella salad, but this recipe definitely many steps above. It's a keeper!

I just served this to my entire family. It was the first thing to go. Everyone loved it and wanted more. This was so easy. I added half of a red onion chopped and instead of red wine vinegar I used balsamic vinegar. Delicious!!! Also fresh herbs are a must in this dish!

I forgot that fresh parsley was in this recipe- while shopping. Added dry parsley. Out of red wine vinegar- used old red wine- merlot.
I resisted the urge to add garlic.
I am writing this review to keep from eating this salad while waiting for leftovers to heat up. not working. I will be making this salad on a regular basis.
This really is a fast easy recipe that is easy to recall in the grocery store.

This salad was very delicious. The key is to use fresh herbs and good quality ingredients. It's so easy to make, too. (BTW, to get to the other 2 recipes from this show, all you have to do is click the link above "Three-Course Italian", after the word "Episode" and they are right there - it's not difficult!
