Very tasty! Had sweet flavor and tang. I used honey instead of syrup, and it was great!

Love Love Love Salmon. Such a great recipe too.Think that the maple syrup can be left out next time for a spicier dish?

This is probably one of the easiest things I've made and it turned out so tasty. Almost no clean-up too-- put parchment paper on the baking sheet, so that stays clean, and then there's just a bowl to mix the mustard sauce in.

Home-run!! I'm really new to cooking and this was the first recipe i tried on this site. It was very easy and equally delicious. Cook time was close. I had to add a couple of mins but that's better than overcooking. I will definitely be using this one again.

I loved this recipe!!! My husband usually does not like fish but he liked this. Cook times were perfect and the parchment makes for easy clean up. I will put this recipe on my monthly list.

I made this tonight with some roasted asparagus and fresh green beans. It was awesome. My picky kids didn't like it but it's because they're not used to eating fish that's not fried. I also used the iglehoffer's (spelling? stone ground mustard. The mustard with the maple made a sweet yet tangy flavor that went really well with the salmon! I felt like I had to cook it for a little longer though...at least another 5-10 minutes.
