Not a big greek yogurt or dill fan so I skipped the sauce and also used ground chicken instead of turkey...they came out great! I will probably try them again but with ground beef or turkey next time. I thought the patties would be a pain to make but it really wasn't that hard to stuff them. I love recipes like this where you can come up with similar variations to fit your tastes (i.e. I'd like to try goat cheese and mushrooms as the filling next time

These were so moist and delicious, especially with the yummy yogurt sauce on top. Sometimes Ellie's healthy recipes sacrifice some taste, but I definitely didn't miss the beef, cheese, etc.
I followed the recipe exactly and wasn't disappointed.

These were super easy to make and my boyfriend loved them. I always find turkeyburgers to be bland, so this twist added some flair. The yogurt sauce was definitely key to adding flavor as well. I might not have used enough feta, so I would recommend a healthy portion of feta in each burger. If you don't like yogurt sauce you could add a mustard sauce as a substitute, although I have not tried that, but it's an idea for next time.

Honestly I wasn't expecting much out of these. But WOW are they AMAZING. The burgers are SO juicy, and with the yogurt sauce and cucumbers? PHENOMENAL! I don't have a grill so I cooked them in a frying pan, 4 minutes each side. MMMMMMM I love these!!!

Easy to make and great for entertaining...people keep asking me for the recipe. I make extra yogurt sauce to use as dip with cape cod chip during the meal, it is always all gone.

i made these last night and it was a very nice twist on a turkey burger. the saltiness from the feta and the crunch from the cucumber w/ the yogurt sauce complimented each other very nicely. will definitely make again.

I made these with 93% ground beef, instead of ground turkey, and these were the best burgers I have ever made. I followed the recipe exactly, except for the beef part. I will be making these very often. The yogurt sauce w/ Dill and the cucumbers on top of the burger make the burger, so don't leave them out. Go try this recipe!!!
