SO good! My wife and I are not Korean, but I'm from LA (best Korean food in the world, and my wife spent some time in Korea. She suggested we make it in the traditional "Ssam" (wrap, and it was so fun and delicious. All you do is buy some green leaf lettuce, grill some sliced garlic, cut some extra green onions, and buy ssam jang (soy dipping paste at the Asian market. After your meat is done (ours grilled in about 6 minutes, we used poultry shears to cut the bone from the meat then we cut perpendicular to the long slices of meat (2x2 inch pieces. Throw a piece or two in a lettuce leaf, spread a little Ssam jang, add some green onion, and even some rice, and voila! Thanks Roy and person who suggested to add garlic to the marinade!

Tasty and easy. Doesn't get better than that in a recipe for me. One word of caution - these take a heck of a lot longer than 15 minutes to grill. Try more like 45-60 minutes, depending on thickness.

Great, easy to prepare. I prefer it without the pepper sauce. I also use it as a marinade for salmon done on the grill.
