You can create up to five timers

Ingredients

  • 1 1/4 pound sushi-grade yellowfin tuna, cut into 1/4-inch cubes
  • 1/4 cup yellow onion, minced
  • 1/4 cup green onion, sliced
  • 3 tablespoons chopped limu kohu* see note
  • 1 tablespoon Hawaiian salt
  • 1 tablespoon Inamona *see note
  • 2 teaspoons sesame oil

Directions

Note: limu kohu is a soft reddish brown seaweed and roasted, ground, and salted kukui nuts

Combine all ingredients and mix well and chill.
