    The only thing I would change would be to not add so much water. Although water is needed in the blending or processing of the ingredients, it makes the salsa too watery. I drained off all the water with a paper towel after it was complete, and within 5-10 min it began to get a little watery again upon setting. It was then just right.

    prefer the grilled tomatillo over the wetter version, but both excellent!

    Use one jalapeno instead for less heat.
