This is so yummy and we make it often. I add a small squeeze of honey to the balsamic just before serving and it is the perfect balance! The bacon and garlic are so incredible and we love it as a side dish to chicken, fish, pork....just about anything. Love it!

My bf and I were watching this episode and both had to make it the next day. It is so good. I sometimes just eat it for a meal. I have made this over and over. Thank you Gina. The balsamic vinegar adds just the right KICK. This is a delicious side dish but is great alone.

My first time making spinach and it came out great! My husband and I are not big veggie lovers so looked for a recipe that was very flavorful and found it! Bacon and garlic were wonderful additions w/o being too overpowering.

    Love the Neely's!!!!

This is such a nice alternative to a cold salad. I love the wilted spinach with the bacon and balsamic - the combination is delish! Thanks again you guys for a wonderfully simple and delectable dish.

I cooked this dish for my husband and myself. We both loved it. I will definetly try this method with my braised brussel sprouts.

I was recently in Chicago for business and ate at the restaurant in The James Hotel. They had a hamburger that was topped with garlic sauteed spinach rather than with lettuce. That was the best burger I've ever eaten! The spinach added a wonderful touch and I couldn't believe I'd never thought of doing that at home. This dish tastes every bit as good and is a wonderful addition to a good burger.
