    OMG!!! What can I say...I made this for dinner and it was devoured. A pricey recipe but is all worth it....definitely worth showing off :

    I think the prep time is way off on this. It took me 40 minutes to chop my veggies and sear the ribs. It was good but expensive to make. I made it just for my husband and I tonight but if I make it again we will have it for a special occasion with family due to the cost.

    Loved it! I had to add more broth at the end to rehydrate the yummy sauce because it had reduced too much. The idea and execution of serving grits as the starch, was GREAT!!!!!

    I made this last night for 9 people and it was a HIT!!! The flavors were unbelievable. I served it with white rice but next time I will serve it with a simple mashed green plantain. It will soak up all that juice and flavor. GREAT RECIPE!!!

    Wow were they good. Yes, a little fatty, but that's the cut of meat. They were so very flavorful with all those veggies, etc. in the sauce. My family gobbled them up! I served them over brown rice. I love your show, especially the interaction between you two - a loving couple (can't really fake that. Keep the recipes coming.

    Lovely! I made this for my husband a few months ago and plan to make it for a dinner party this weekend. I had never made short ribs before and this was an extremely easy recipe with fantastic results. I also used the grits from this show and they, also, were fantastic!

    Fabulous Short ribs. I did change a few things. I only added 1 cup of red wine instead of 2, used thyme and rosemary, used BEEF broth instead of chicken broth. So tender and flavorful. I will definately make again.
