    It is easy but basically just stewed apples. Will not make it again.

    This apple crisp is SO easy and really delicious. I served it last night at a dinner party and it was a hit! Im not a fan of nuts so I only put in half the amount in both the filling and the topping. I doubled the topping and served it with cinnamon ice cream. It was for sure the best I've ever had, but I knew it would be. The Neelys rock all apple recipes! I make Neely homeade apple sauce all the time, thank you for another great apple recipe!

    The Granny Smith apples add a nice tartness to the sweet flavors in the recipe not to mention a nice textural component. I question the recipe yielding 8 servings but then again, my boyfriend and I enjoyed it so much that our servings were a little over the top: I only made one slight change to the recipe by adding nutmeg (1/8 tsp to the topping. Instead of using ramekins, I made it in a large casserole dish and baked it about 30 minutes. Yummy!

    This recipe is DELICIOUSSSSS!!! My sister loved it when I made it for her. I just don't use pecans but everything else I keep exactly the same. I must admit I have made it at least five times already especially when you top it off with some vanilla ice cream....yummmm :. Thanks and keep it up. oh p.s. you guys bbq sauce is the business too ;

    It was amazing! I, as well as my family, loved this recipe. It was easy to make and delicious. I did tweek the recipe a bit. I didn't have any maple syrup so I used dark corn syrup instead. Also, I did not add cinnamon because my dad has troubles eating it. All in all a great recipe. THANKS NEELYS!

    This is one of the best apple crisps I've ever served. It was easy, but very tasty. The combination of tart and sweet combined with crunchiness of the peacans was excellent. Served warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream, a real family pleaser.

    Very Tasty. I'm not big on oats, so this was perfect. I did not have Pecan so I subsituted walnuts which worked fine. I would not hesitate to serve this at a dinner party with a little ice cream and carmel sauce, add a little whip cream and you'd have a very fancy dessert.

    This was AMAZING. I made this after dinner tonight and it totally exceeded my expectatioins. I doubled the topping and left out all the nuts in both the topping and filling. I could seriously eat that topping all day long. ****PLEASE don't let the few bad reviews sway you from making this!**** I will definitely make this again VERY soon!
