No oven temp in the recipe but 375 for 50 minutes worked well as suggested in another review. Pulled mine out after 45 minutes as I like my apples on the crunchy side. Had mixed dried fruits and almonds on hand. Also used a splenda/brown sugar mix instead. Turned out great as a side dish to stuffed pork chops (another Neely's recipe....... DELICIOUS!

375 for 50 minutes = slightly cruchy apples. Used dried blueberries and cranberries instead and added 1 t grated fresh ginger, yummy!

350 for an hour worked nicely. I used pistachios (had on hand and it was delicious. Big hit with the husband and toddler for weeknight dessert. You could probably add ice cream for a 'weekend dessert' :

Made these right after watching the episode....My boyfriend really liked them and we had them as part of a sweet treat during breakfast. Gala apples held up great but next I am gonna try different kind of apples and play around with the filling. :

Haven't made these yet, but I just watched this episode, and the instructions were to bake at 375 for 50 minutes, and baking time will ultimately depend on the size of your apples.

Didn't have gala apples so I used red delicious and baked them at 425 degrees for about an hour and they were perfect! Excellent with vanilla ice cream when they are hot.

Not what I expected. Just too messy to enjoy. Flavor was o.k. but overall this is something I will never make again.

Quick, easy to make and a huge hit at my house. I didn't have the apple cider and used water, but that didn't matter. The sauce was still delicious. I added a scoop of vanilla ice cream to the still-warm apples, drizzled some of the sauce and sprinkled a little extra "stuffing" on top before serving. Mmmm, mmmm!
