Thanks for a wonderful recipe. I have never been able to cook shrimp with out turning limp and watery or just the opposite hard and chewy. Followed instructions to the letter and to my surprise-- quality shrimp, firm and flavorful!! Gina"s bubbly persona encouraged me,with much appreciation.

To the Neelys I thank you for opening your home and family to us , I love your recipes because it takes me back to my grandmothers cooking but with a twist and a KICK !!!!!!!!!! and I love it because it brings new flavors for my kids and myself, My husband loves the honey mustard sauce , any chicken recipes and he loves the barbque recipes . I usally dont read the reviews because they are hardly about the food or quesitons about the techniques , and after reading them my point was provened , but I love your show , food , and the way you are with every one in your family and your friends . Please keep it up and dont let other people personal judgement of your relationship or yourself get to you . The recipes are great thanks ....

I haven't actually tried this recipe, but after reading some of the reviews I have to stand up for my favorite Food Network chefs. In regards to the comment that Gina is "loud and overbearing", HELLOOOOOO! She is from the south, hence the term "mouth of the south". And who really cares if she doesn't chop properly? You don't have to have a degree in the culinary arts to be a good cook. I might not chop my vegetables properly either but I bet my gumbo is some of the best in Louisiana!!!!!!

Followed recipe except used store-bought coctail sauce. Lots of compliments from guests. Bought frozen uncooked, deveined shrimp - large size (20 to the pound. Thawed in cold water and removed shells (easy.

The sauce makes a wonderful aroma - reminds me of the Memphis airport, where I think Neelys BBQ has an outlet. I will use this often.

Thanks to the Neelys for a special treat.

    Gina and Pat,
I made this recipe for my kids and husband. I did not have horseradish sause but it turned out great! My kids were licking the bowl and asking for more sauce. We (my kids, my husband and I watch your show and we enjoy it. Keep up the good work. I love the way you both interact with each other....true love!

I love this recipe! My husband loves shrimp cocktail and this is great for a change of pace. I also love Gina and Pat. In a day when so many marriages end in divorce it is nice to see a loving couple on TV. Acting or not it sets a good example.

    Hello Pat and Gina,

I first want to say that I tried this recipe and I loved it, it was a good twist on something that can sometimes be boring and repetitive. I love your show and I love you guys also, pay no attention to the viewers that are saying negative things because every woman deserves to be spoiled the way Pat loves Gina. Thats what its all about people, dont hate participate.......theres nothing wrong with a married couple that is stil in love. I laugh everytime Gina does her little give it a "kick" or the spice fairy. Keep up the GREAT work.
