These came out great!! I added some complete seasoning to the cream and chopped up some scallions. I used red potatoes instead I didnt have any golden 1's

I guess I'm more a fan of the classic mashed potato recipes. I thought this combination of blue cheese with mashed potatoes was something interesting to try, but not likely something I would do again..
Nevertheless, it was a nice little twist on mashed potatoes. I may have overdid it with the blue cheese, because the taste of the blue cheese was really overpowering for me. I thought the cream and butter made for a great texture though.

These are the best mash potatoes I have ever tried. I have tried other mash potatoes recipes, but was never satisfied. It was very easy to make and not time consuming. Will definitely make this again.

These were a little starchy every time I have made them. I've had to add sour cream. I think the heavy cream makes them too thin.

Wonderful!!!
I truly enjoyed trying this recipe. It was very easy to do especially for a novice cook. The ingredients were not expensive and the cook time was good. I paired the dish with meatloaf and peas. Got and A+ on my meal report card! Thank you for giving us easy & tasty recipes to try.

This was delicious! I had it with pork chops and green beans and wow! I recommend Boar's Head blue cheese - it really makes the flavor stand out!

This is such a fantastic recipe. I don't normally like mashed potatoes but these are amazing. The blue cheese flavor really makes this dish stand out. I will definitely make it again.

Wow! These potatoes were excellent! They were the perfect side dish with the grilled boneless chicken breasts I had marinated in buffalo wing sauce. I didn't have heavy cream on hand so I substituted half and half and honestly, I think I prefer it...less fat.
Anyone who says these potatoes don't have flavor must be using poor quality blue cheese because these are anything but tasteless!
