These potatoes were absolutely delicious! I made them last night with prime rib and southwestern corn. The entire meal was EXCELLENT but my guest raved about these melt in your mouth potatoes! I will definately make them again and again and again!!!

I've tried a number of the Neely's recipes and have not been disappointed with any of them. This SIMPLE recipe makes the most delicious mashed potatoes!!! My entire family loves them..Thanks Pat and Gina!!!!

I didn't have the heavy cream this recipe called for, so I substituted a mixture of sour cream and 2% milk. Not sure what they would taste like with the heavy cream, but they were awesome using the ingredients I did.

Love this recipe! Very easy, and made my blue-cheese-loving boyfriend very happy. Sadly, I didn't have yukon gold potatoes, but I used half red potatoes and half russet (gave the russets a little soak first. Still, so yummy!
I did add a little paprika to my portion, but my boyfriend liked this as is.

Since Yukon Gold Potatoes comes in three pound sacks I used the entire bag. Then added half a cube of butter, small carton of heavy whipping cream, 4 oz blue cheese, sampled it and it was "off de hook!"

Great twist on plain ole mashed potatoes. I added chives and a little light sour cream (because I love the flavor of the two. I served this recipe with NY strip steaks and a salad. Perfect pairing. Thank you again Neelys!!! Your recipes are always the best.

My husband and son love anything with blue cheese so I knew beforehand that this would be a winner with them. The potatoes are rich, creamy and perfectly seasoned.
