I left out the celery seed and carrots because I didn't have them on hand and left everything else the same. Flavorful dish

I prepared this dish for dinner last night and my husband loved it. He doesn't usually ask for second helpings of vegetables, but did last night. The red pepper in the smash seasoning blend adds a wonderful kick in the background when eating this dish. I'm sure this will become a staple in my house.

Whew! This is spicy but really tasty. I didn't cook the cabbage for 2 hours. That just seemed way too long. I cooked it as long as the chicken and it was delicious.

Congratulations to Pat & Gina. I know Pat & his brother, Marc from school long time ago. I'm proud of the Neely's!! I watched the show yesterday. Haven't tried any recipes, but they all sound good! I've had cabbage similiar to this, too. I'm sure it's GREAT! Gina you know that's typical of us in the M-town to be big HATERS! Don't let it get you down. 'Cause we can all change our TV if we don't like the show, UH??? To the XXXSells??? writer - you were TOTALLY out of line for calling her a B! Get a Life!

This recipe was awesome. It was better than grandma made it. Only thing I did differently was added a teaspoon of sugar.
