My family loved this recipe. They started off skeptical, but the first floret sold them. I made one change. Since I hate mayo, I substituted ranch dressing with bacon. I also added sunflower seeds.

Very good! I followed the recipe but added carrots and nuts. It was a hit with everyone - so next time I am going to double the recipe.

I have been making this for some time every body loves it. I added some shredded carrots and apple cider vinergar for a bit of a bite.

WHAT AN AMAZING salad!! I usually do not like the creamy texture in a sald but the bacon and crunch from broccoli made it excellent! Will most definately be making and enjoying this again!! MMMM

Great flavor! Love the texture of the blanched broccoli vs. the raw broccoli I always used to use. I only gave it 4 stars because the dressing was a little dryer than I prefer. It will be perfect with just a little tweaking for personal preference.

Good salad. Be sure and dry the broccoli after you blanch for 1-2 minutes. I add hard boiled eggs and cranberries. Sliced grapes are good too!
