    Easy to make great cupcakes...light & fluffy! The frosting was good...a bit too sweet for me. Frosting yields a lot more than needed for 12 cupcakes so will use the rest on a chocolate cake. The orange zest idea is a good one!

    The cupcakes were moist and tasty. I will definitely try this recipe again, but I think I'll add orange zest next time. I particularly love the frosting...I could eat it by the spoonful!

    Just what i was looking for. dense, moist, buttermilky. the only thing is it lack a bit of flavor somewhere. not sure what to add, maybe a tad more salt? overall pretty darn good. oh, and i baked the batter in two 8" round cake pans, baked for 30 mins.

    These cupcakes were great. The cupcakes are very moist but the 18 minutes cooking time is too long. I cooked the cupcakes for 16 minutes and any longer would have dried the cupcakes. Tip: Over mixing is not good for cupcakes. The cupcakes texture was great, fluffy and moist. The icing was excellent.
