    I followed this exactly and all I can say is YUK It may be because the cube steaks I bought were very tough even though I pounded them......will never make again

    I like the Neelys but this recipe disappointed me. It's bland the meat & gravy. Probably addition of herbs will make this taste better:(

    I loved it! The spices made it! My roommate said it was a little too spicy but that didn't stop her from cleaning her plate and going for round 2! :-

    Yall need to quit! I tried this for my friends and family and they loved it. I can't wait to try more of your dishes. In fact, yall are now on my TiVO!

    This was a great recipe, the men of the house were very appreciative! I followed the recipe and only added a bit of salt to the gravy. I was surprised at how tender the cube steak was. The pounding really works and cuts down on the cooking time for a tender and flavorful steak.
