I LOVE this recipe. Although, after making it several times, I've added a few twists of my own. If you add just a touch of white truffle oil, it makes it just that much more decadent. I also buy fresh collards and blanche them, I feel like the flavor comes through better that way. But seriously, this is one of my all time favorites, I can't thank the 2 of you enough for this! It's made me a hit at numerous parties!

I thought this recipe looked very interesting....Collard Greens...but very similar to a Spinach Dip Recipe I have made many times...but Collard Greens...Yes...Thank Goodness I did my homeowork because it could have been very boring indeed...so BAMN - I kicked it up an whole notch....after reading the reviews.....After I drained my collards...I put them in the food processor and gave them and extra chopping...then when I made the cream sauce I BAMN-ed it up with red pepper, and Tony's Seasoning...and I also sauted extra garlic and scallions...next time add the sliced chestnuts to give it a crunc......now that was delicious and so does everyone else say so ----so Neelly's kick it up a notch...You loyal view....Chief want-ta-be Elaine
