These were a big hit! We have so many green beans in our garden this year and I needed something different to do. I added cajun seasoning and some garlic and onion powder and they were delicious!

Saw this show and had some fresh green beans from the local farmer's market and thought I would give it a try - absolutely delicious!! I did add 1/4 cup cornstarch and only 3/4 cup flour and let the batter sit for about 20-30 min to thicken a bit - it will stick better to teh beans. Great recipe that will definately make another appearance :

I love fried green beans and when i found a recipe to make them i was psyched. I made them and was a bit disappointed. There wasn't much batter left on them when i took them out. Does anyone have any suggestions?

I just recieved a fryer for christmas and decided to try these. They were delicious. The peanut oil was perfect with this recipe and the beer gave it an extra touch

I have been trying to find a recipe that is similar to PF Changs crispy fried green beans. This is it! These were perfect! Absolutely delicious! I didn't have any peanut oil, so I just used vegetable oil, and they came out fabulous. I will definitely be buying some peanut oil in the future, as I'm sure it will make them taste even better. Next time I will also add cayanne pepper to give them a kick. Thank you!!
