Jennifer, it's not "chunk ginger". It's one 4-inch chunk of ginger, meaning fresh ginger.

I love the combo of both mint, ginger, makes you feel really good. I served at my Thanksgiving gathering, and everyone wanted 2nds..Tastes great.
