Of course with the ingredients in this salad it was wonderful to have. I added boiled eggs and regret I didnt top it off with some bacon. But I guess it wouldn't be Gazpacho then!! I didn't have the creole mustard. Didnt know where to get it from, so I used Dijon. It was good. I just wondered what the creole mustard would've done. I'll def try it again and be on the look out for the creole mustard.

I watched you make this salad on TV, and it looked colorful and delicious. My family had Easter Dinner, and we wanted to try something new and different.
THIS SALAD WAS GREAT !!!!!! My sister ended up making more, and it disappeared as well. Of course, we altered some of the directions to fit our taste. We added a little more honey, and half a cup of olive oil.
We gave this recipe to two other ladies at the dinner. Love your show!

Fabulous!!!! Your show rocks. I pln my weekend around watching your show and have tried many of your recipes and have loved all of them. The show is fun to watch and makes my mouth water. It's nice to see a couple so obviously in love, sharing their passion for food.

Wow! This is worth every star! Very colorful and not too tangy. It makes more dressing than is needed but I just saved what was left for another use. It make's a lot so is good if you're fixing it for a crowd. We had a lot left over and I worried about it getting soggy so I drained the extra dressing using a colander before storing it in the fridge. To pep it up for lunch today I added some feta cheese. Delich!

Found this salad to be bright and colorful, the dressing was way too much oil. I will make this again with less oil and increase the vinegar . This is a nice presentation salad. Thank you

The first time around in preparing this dish made my family fall in love with it. A welcome change to the toss green, red potatoe, spinach salads often made in our home. Just image a spinach salad w/eggs (boring, but the Gazapacho drove them wild and serving to MEN whom just so happen to fall in the category of 22 thru 35 yrs of age.
Gina, being in a home with all men makes it difficult to get them to try new things when all they want is steak and potatoes. Very refreshing with flavor to be enjoyed b all. THANKS and keep up the good work.
